Hami Legal Services is a law firm built for clients who want more than an answer to a legal question. They want a trusted adviser who understands what they are trying to achieve and helps them get there.

§ 01Who we are

A law firm of deliberate scale

We have chosen to remain a firm in which clients know the lawyers who advise them. Matters are not passed down a long chain or lost in an anonymous department. The people who take your instructions are the people who think about your matter, draft your documents and stand beside you when decisions must be made.

That choice shapes the work we accept. We take on matters where careful thought and senior involvement make a difference, and we decline instructions we cannot serve well. Our clients are businesses, their owners and private individuals who value a long-term relationship with their lawyers rather than a series of transactions.

    Our advice is as long as it needs to be and no longer. We lead with the answer and explain the reasoning behind it, so that clients can act with confidence.

    Confidentiality is a professional duty and a personal commitment. We handle every instruction, large or small, with the privacy it deserves.

§ 03Working together

What to expect when you instruct us

Every engagement begins with a conversation about your objectives and the facts as you understand them. We then confirm the scope of our work, who will be involved and how we will keep you informed. Where we can give an indication of cost, we do so at the outset and revisit it as the matter develops.

During the matter you will have a direct line to the lawyers handling it. We report in the format you prefer, whether a concise email, a call or a detailed memorandum, and we flag decisions that need your input well before they become urgent. When the matter concludes, we make sure you have the documents and records you need for the future.

Many of our clients first come to us for a single matter: a contract to review, a dispute to resolve, a company to set up.
